It Is So Easy to Give Up on Our Goals

We have inspiration. It is so easy to give up on our goals “we do what we are told”, but our body still does not conform to our choices and is withdrawing us from our lives.

And so we get frustrated and either go crazy ourselves, react and jump to do something different, or just stop altogether.

The world we are living in today is fast, which translates to our desire for instant gratification.

Quick fixes don’t work
But the dark side behind those “magic buttons”, “get rich quick,” “crash diet” technique?

They rarely work!

One thing that I have been driving with many of my clients is that they always ask me, “Ekamba, what is the one thing that I can get some great reward for?”

And I think we have one of the most depressing thoughts today about what it takes to take care of your body.

Everyone wants to live a good life and their body does not keep them down, but rather helps to carry it forward.

But there is a big issue with the information that has come out. It is all unmodified and designed around marketing first, and not about what it actually takes.

You see, to really take care of your body, you need to make a plan…

When I started working outside, it was for sports. In the game I played, the goal was good.

Then later, I wanted to lose weight and gain muscle.

Then I trained to heal my injuries and imbalances.

All those programs are different. But we are told that they are all interchangeable and “our tool box contains tools,” and thrown under the guise of “replacing it”. When in fact, they are difficult to fit together, and each program takes time to be effective.

Follow the right path for you
It was not until I was forced to take a step back to heal my injuries, that I began to study the rules and philosophies for which bodywork was designed, I noticed that the health and fitness industry was wandering us.

It is easy to feel that you are doing what you are doing because you are active, and the workouts you and everyone else are doing make some sense.

But just because some information is true, it does not mean that it is completely right for you or completely true.

Because now, the health and fitness industry is one such imitation industry… it is easy to fall into a rudder.

If you don’t really know what you’re doing, or if you’re just the reference that you’re moving and working …

Odds are you are not really going to achieve your goals.

Usually, to get the satisfaction that you have achieved what you really want, you have to do what others are not doing.
